SUPPORT HOURS:

We are currently open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am MST to 5:00 pm MST. We are CLOSED holidays and weekends so our awesome team members can spend some time with their families. We do, however, monitor our servers after hours for any emergency issues that may arrise.

REFUND POLICY:

Setup fees are non-refundable. We will refund the first months service fees if site is cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase. If an owned license is purchased and we cannot get the site to function properly on the server a full refund will be given, otherwise owned license fees are non-refundable.

Any *yearly* ultimate service is non-refundable because of the full use of the White Glove Service.
