One of my favorite pics of Jen and I when we were in high school together. =) That is Jen coming out of the water and this was actually our 18th birthday. The camera was set up on a tripod and we were posing when I threw her in the water. This image was a total accident!

- Jen will be on vacation from Nov 24-28th. please submit a ticket instead of an email if you have any questions for her so that the other PSitez team members can assist you.

- Ansel V2 will launch the week after Thanksgiving
- Tammie and James are working hard on learning all the in’s and out’s of our product and answers to questions asked. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue their training in support.

- HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! It was Jamie’s Birthday on the 16th of Nov. She celebrated with her husband, Tim, at a 49ers game. Go 49ers!
-We’ve been so busy that we didn’t even get to share some pictures from Jamie and Tim’s killer halloween party! We have some funny pics of our husbands from it… Russ (jen’s husband) went as a pimp and Tim (Jamie’s husband) went as Dorothy… aw, how cute!

COMPANY NEWS:
- We are working hard on the Ansel V2. We estimate it will launch in about 3 weeks.
- We are getting SO excited because after Ansel we will be working on launching new sites throughout all of next year so you will have many more to choose from. We can’t wait for our first one… let’s just say we are going ‘big’
- Tammie and James are now full time! Our company is growing, we officially have 4 team members to help you out now. As with any internet business the support can be quite complex so we appreciate everyone’s patience as Tammie and James continue their training. Our top goal for our company is to provide a good product with excellent customer service. As we grow larger we work hard to maintain our personal friendly service. If you ever experience sub-par service please let us know so we can evaluate the service and determine what we can improve upon. All four of us know that our customers are the reason we are successful and we will never lose sight of that.

This Z is from Jessika Luth, our ‘Z girl’ who is traveling the world taking images of Z’s. This Z comes all the way from Switzerland!
