A new experience

If you missed our post from a while ago then you may not know that our next template launch will be a blogsite. For those of you who LOVE your WordPress blog but LOVE the clean professional feel of our templates/portfolios, you’ll love our blogsite! We’ve been asked to provide screenshots for a ‘preview’ however we are so excited about being the first to launch our idea that’s been a long time coming that we don’t want to spoil the surprise before it launches… man, it is so hard to keep the secret though! 
If you are in the Market for a new site
When comparing service providers/companies for your site we recommend checking the following:
- What is the hosting like? Does the provider oversell their servers (put more clients on a server then the space that they give the client would allow)?
- Are you able, are there instructions, on how to backup your site? If you purchased a template outright you should have the right to maintain a backup in case your hosting changes. You should also be able to have control to move the site to a different host yourself.
- Do you need to know FTP for basic template functionality?
- If the company launches something better fit for you how much does it cost to change to that template?
- Does the site come with all features included? If not what is the total cost once any extras are added on?
- How is the customer service? I think this is a big one. With website there are always issues that can be experienced. You should know that your concerns/questions will be responded to fast and friendly.
- We are known mostly for photography website templates however you should know that you don’t have to be a photographer to purchase our sites/service. We have clients ranging from bakers to sign companies to engineering firms.
