Now that our clients have had some time to get their new Andy sites/blogs ready we are going to try and feature 1-2 a week for the next couple weeks. COMPANY CORNER:
I couldn’t write a post without mentioning what a crazy storm we got in CO over the weekend. In the foothills we received TONS of snow which knocked down trees taking down our power for 3.5 days at my house! We had 10 trees fall at our house! Below are some pics from my house, gotta love the snow ;-)

PORTFOLIOSITEZ IS CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAY
We are closed from Friday-Sunday for the Easter Holiday.

 

We will be setting clients who ordered Andy switches/extras on Monday with the premium version :-) We will also be updating our Andy order form to reflect the new prices. Any NEW services or individual template orders for Andy should be placed late Monday afternoon at the earliest to ensure the option to purchase the premium version is available.

Andy Update

So I think in all the excitement I didn’t explain how Andy works ;-)

 

If you are a current service client…
You do not need any other software or hosting. We will install wordpress for you on your hosting account with us and will install the Andy template in a subfolder ‘blog’ on your account. If the folder ‘blog’ is already in use it will be installed in a subfolder ‘andy’. We will then setup and configure both your wordpress and template/sitezadmin for you and connect the two. Your welcome email will include the link to your Andy sitezadmin and the link to your wordpress admin. You are then all set to start blogging in your new bogsite :-) You’ll be able to create posts immediately, and setup your header images/choice, colors, background, etc immediately through your sitezadmin.

 

If you are purchasing an individual template version of Andy…
A new 2.7.1 wordpress blog will need to be pre-installed on your account. We will then go in and setup the Andy components on it and get everything connected and working together.

As you may know it is Easter Weekend and tomorrow is Good Friday. PSitez will officially be closed tomorrow (Friday) through Sunday to spend some much needed time with our Familes :-) We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Andy standard has launched!!

Andy standard has officially launched and all clients who ordered the standard have been setup!

 

FOR CURRENT CLIENTS WHO ORDERED:::

If you ordered an Andy add-on/site after we announced the premium version will be built out we are assuming you want to be setup with the premium version (same price for the add-on as the standard). We are showcasing the Andy premium on friday, and will be starting setups for it on Monday.

 

If you ordered an add-on and would like a STANDARD version of Andy instead of the premium please email info@portfoliositez.com and let us know and we will get that all setup for you, otherwise the premium setups will start on Monday :-)

 

We are so excited about Andy, we now just need to get our head above water ;-) lol . When the Andy buzz calms down stay tuned for a whole new PSitez blog look, new template information, and much more!!

Stay tuned Friday when we showcase the premium version of Andy, the blogsite! There is so much going on over here at PSitez that it is hard to keep up ;-)

We will be having a NEW look for our own blog which will highlight current clients as soon as we have everything set for Andy. We are so excited about the response we’ve gotten with Andy, we were truly happy to be the first template company (that we know of) to launch a flash/wordpress blogsite hybrid.

We also have lots of new designs on the horizon. In fact our next one will be for those large image lovers… if you LOVE large images but Maya is a little too large then you’ll love our next template!

After much discussion Jamie and I have decided to built out a premium version of Andy that will have more hosting space, mini client sites, as well as built in proofing. :-) We will be showcasing a premium version on Friday. The standard version pricing will still remain at $10/mo, $100/yr, or $100-$150 for individual sales. The premium, when available, will be our standard template pricing of $16/mo, $160/yr, or $200 (on sale currently) for individual template sales.

 

If you have already ordered Andy you will have the choice of either keeping the standard version ordered or having your order upgraded to the premium.
