A NOTE ON HOSTING:
We were informed that there may be some confusion about our hosting. Someone said that our sites may start running slowly because we have a lot of clients and our servers can’t handle the amount we have. We just wanted to clear up any confusion. It is a standard practice with our competition and hosting companies to over sell their servers. We do not believe in this practice and therefore DO NOT over sell our servers. While it is true that our client load is growing at a great rate (we’d like to thank all our clients!) we purchase a new server every month to accomodate the new clients. When you sign up for a service with us you can be sure that you are getting a high quality server that is running with plenty of free resources which allows us to provide fast load times and very little, if any, downtime. We also house our servers in two of the best datacenters in the country, and have backup and raid systems installed with every server to prevent data loss.
We’ve also been asked why we limit the space or bandwith when some of our competition does not. This is also because a server is limited in these resources so offering unlimited or high amounts causes strain on the server which can cause frequent downtime and/or sluggish load times. What you get with your service is what you have. You can either use it all or leave it free knowing that we are not going to penalize you by putting more clients on the server to use YOUR space since it is available.

This and That

I (Jen) was at a wedding on Thurs, and OMG the weather was beautiful and so was the bride!
Just wanted to share – it is always nice to go to a beautiful wedding with your family. So, without further ado, on to the news!
COMPANY NEWS:
- We have hired a new programmer! He will be starting in a couple weeks and we are EXCITED!! We have so many designs and unique ground breaking ideas but with only one programmer we were limited in how fast we could build out. After all, any issues our current clients run into has to come first since our customers are the most important part of our business. Soon we’ll be able to launch templates more regularly and do we have some surprises for you! We have features that we are going to build out that NO other template company offers that we know of…. have I mentioned how excited we are? 
- Jamie is away from her office this week so if you have any emails for her please submit a support ticket or write support @ portfoliositez.com so that one of our other team members can assist you.
