I am very excited about the new template myself. You guys rock! All the new things you’re offering are awesome, and the customer service – the cherry on top of the cake
I see no reason for phone support. Last evening I could not get to my Website from my office. I submitted a ticket. Tammie responded in less than 10 minutes. She had me do something and then got in touch with the data center. It turns out the problems is a known issue with my ISP. It was resolved within thirty minutes. Who needs a telephone for that? This has been some of the best customer service I seen in a long time.
