What You Should Know

Before you start:
It is important that your cache is cleared regularly to ensure you are editing the latest database content. If on IE it is *very* important your cache setting is set to ‘every visit to the page’. If it isn’t problems with the latest images showing up and cropping correctly could occur. Please check our support knowledgebase (http://www.portfoliositez.com/support/) for instructions on clearing your cache and setting the IE cache.

Image Sizing:
images of any size can be uploaded, however if you want to pre-size an image below are the template's sizing.
home slideshow: max 930x450
gallery images: max 930x450
gallery thumbnails: 600x400
proofing login image: exactly 930x450
info sections: 550x450
contact section: 300x450
calendar section: 500x450
splash page: no larger then 500x500

Videos:
videos must be in flv format. The player will play anysize flv, but we recommend it be under 350 px tall and 700 px wide. Check our knowledgebase for workarounds for larger videos and uploading videos if a steady fast connection is not available.

Logo:
the logo sizing is a recommendation, however you can upload any size logo you would like. Larger logos might overlap the menu depending on screen resolution and menu size.

Contact Form:
your contact form will be sent to the email address entered in the contact section of your admin. The email address entered as your site email address should be a single valid email address. Email sent from scripts tends to go into junk mail so it is good to check your junk/bulk mail on a regular basis to ensure no emails through the form are missed.
