It is important that your cache is cleared regularly

If on IE it is *very* important your cache setting is set to ‘every visit to the page’. If it isn’t, problems with the latest images showing up and cropping correctly could occur. Please check our support knowledgebase (http://www.portfoliositez.com/support/) for instructions on clearing your cache and setting the IE cache.

Image Sizing:
images of any size can be uploaded, however if you want to pre-size an image below are the template's sizing.
home slideshow: max 1500x1200
gallery images: max 1500x1200
gallery thumbnails: 200x150
info sections: 1500x1200
contact section: 1500x1200
calendar section: 1500x1200
proofing section: 1500x1200
splash page: no larger then 900x700 (the smaller the better to avoid scrolling)

Videos:
default size assumed: 500x280
All videos that are sized to something other then the default size will need to have their width and height entered into the admin *after* upload (located next to video name and description)

videos must be in flv format. The player will play any size flv, but we recommend it be under 350 px tall and 700 px wide. Check our knowledgebase for workarounds for larger videos and uploading videos if a steady fast connection is not available.

Logo:
You can upload any size logo you would like. It is possible to make the logo display in the top left or top right corner of your site.

Contact Form:
your contact form will be sent to the email address entered in the contact section of your admin. The email address entered as your site email address should be a single valid email address from your domain (ie- info@yourdomain.com). Please see our knowledgebase for how to setup the email address in cpanel.

Email sent from scripts tends to go into junk mail so it is good to check your junk/bulk mail on a regular basis to ensure no emails through the form are missed.
